Design

Design Phase

Next, you'll enter the Design Phase to refine and finalize your plans for engineering and construction. During this phase, you'll select your elevation, showcasing either a Craftsman or Farmhouse exterior style. This phase allows for basic modifications and optional upgrades, enabling you to semi-customize your Harvest Home to suit your needs. All changes will be finalized and submitted for engineering approval before construction begins. Upgrades come at additional costs and require strict approval from the project manager. At the end of the Design Phase, the final purchase price will be determined based on your semi-custom choices. All design decisions must be made during this phase. Once the purchase and sales agreement is signed, your home will move into the Construction Phase.
